Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse we shall send an email with the tracking ID of the parcel to your registered email ID.

COD is not available for an order size above Rs.25,000.

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means...
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
- unworn
- unwashed

Since all the pieces are made to order we do not follow refunds on products sold. In case you are not ecstatic with the fit, we will take care of alteration.

A store credit valid for 3 months is offered on returns with style changes.

The cost of return courier shall be born by you. Re-delivery is taken care by us.
